There are two different shortcode avaiable for this plugin. One for featured product slider and another for latest product slider.

Yes you can. I have created two different slider shortcode for this plugin, one for latest products and another for featured products. Just put the shortcode where you need it.
- What should I do when I experience any problem?
- How to include a slider into header.php or other PHP files?
- What should I do when I see blank area where the slider should show or the slider doesn’t work?

It means that there is a JavaScript error on your site which blocks other scripts(for example Wp woo products scripts). You can open up the browser debugger window with F12 button and check the console if it shows error or not. If you solve these errors Wp woo products Slider should work fine.
