The platform is perfect for what I need as a small design-based agency. Streamlining my client process, making it easy to track invoices and easy for clients to pay me, easy to get "paperwork" out of the way...an indispensable tool all around. I tell other freelancers about it whenever client management comes up.

RESOLVED! The team managed to give fix the issue. But this was after a client of mine got mad at me for sending an invoice to a big distributor (serious business) with a Bangladesh address.I'm hoping they would do better with quality testing before releasing it to the public as, like me, I'm using it for serious clients.====== previous review =======Use this for your brand only. Not for clients. Too buggy and not flexible enough for different types of businesses. I am a lifetime license holder of propovoice. I like that they wish to become a full CRM for WordPress but to be honest, I have been getting a bad reputation from a client due to a really rookie mistake and bug in their CRM. This shows how bad their development and QA team are. I have reported issues to them, but support is so slow to respond. And if they would respond, the response usually offers no solution or help to you. They would tell you that they would respond immediately regarding the matter to no avail.
