Post thumbnail( If you set the Post Thumbnail )
Post’s URL

Installation

Upload post-notifierdirectory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Appear under Settings menu.
Set e-mail you want to send(comma-separated).
Select the post-type(multiple).
Set senter e-mail.
Click save.
