Lo que, en principio, parece ser un buen gestor de zonas privadas, tiene bastantes limitaciones a nivel de personalización del diseño ya que se basa principalmente en el uso de shortcodes. Respecto a la resolución de dudas y respuesta a solicitudes por parte del equipo de desarrollo del plugin he de decir que es nefasto. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite following all setup instructions and verifying compatibility with my theme and other plugins, the add-ons failed to perform their basic functions as advertised. I opened a support request, provided all the necessary information, and waited patiently. After a week, I still haven’t received any response from the support team. This lack of communication is unacceptable for a paid product. Worse, the system remains completely unusable for my use case, and I’ve had to look for alternatives. I also requested a refund in accordance with their stated policy, but have received no acknowledgment whatsoever.
